Church camp

My friend (who could have his own Brain Fart site :)) sat down at church next to a newcomer and made a joke about "instead of Church camp we should have a camp church"...

at the next interval - the Passing of the Peace -

the newcomer moved to the other side of the church.

Adoption

It really shouldn't be funny, some of these comments that people make. But the insensitivity and tactlessness of people sometimes - at some point - has to be funny. How else do we survive brainfarts? At some point, we need to move to that place of being able to giggle and shake our heads rather than wanting to poke their eyes out with a stick... having said that, I'm not an adoptive parent and here's a couple of "better in than outs" to people who seem to get brain farts flying their way at an alarming rate!
